Jean is a successful entrepreneur with the compassion to understand and listen to needs. She has experienced many sides of staffing. Eight years as Human Resources Operations Manager preceded by ten years of law firm experience – Jean walked away with more than just technical expertise. She has a vision and insight with clients and candidates. She has a true passion for people. This helped her build a million dollar company by 1995 and sustain long-standing relationships with Chicago’s top legal and business leaders. Jean is also on the Board for the Illinois Staffing Association. In addition to her successful staffing firm, Jean is also a certified 5 O’clock Club career counselor. The Five O’Clock Club is a national program that offers individual career counseling as well as career development and job search programs.
