Jean used her hands-on-knowledge from her Eight years as Human Resources Operations Manager preceded by ten years of law firm experience to start up her company. She has a vision and insight and a true passion for people. This helped her build a million dollar company by 1995 and sustain long-standing relationships with Chicago’s top legal and business leaders. Jean has served on the Board for Illinois Search & Staffing Association. In addition to her successful staffing firm, Jean is also a certified 5 O’clock Club career counselor. The Five O’Clock Club is a national program that offers individual career counseling as well as career development and job search programs. Jean also serves as Executive Council member for the Cara Program.

Mark joined Jean Kripton Inc. to bring his international recruitment experience in placing lawyers into law firms and in-house organizations both permanent and on a contract basis.
