OUTPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Jean Kripton, Inc. has formed an outplacement program to assist companies that may have to downsize or restructure. We understand transition and change. We know the job market and what it takes to get a new position. Many outplacement firms only address the needs of upper management and above. At JKI, we specialize in assisting support staff to upper level management who need to make a job transition. We can offer your displaced candidate a program unique to them. We offer an hourly rate of $150.00 per hour or a flat rate of $750.00 per person (guaranteed 7 hours of one-on-one coaching.) Ask about our group outplacement programs too.
